"Not worth the wait or the price"
I expected a lot more for what I paid. It looked really nice online, but once it finally showed up, I was kind of annoyed because it felt average—like something I could’ve grabbed somewhere else for way less. Shipping took longer than I expected too, which just made it more frustrating. For the price, I don’t think it was worth it, and I won’t be ordering again.

"Pretty hassle-free return, worth noting"
I ended up returning a pillow cover because the color just didn’t look right in my space once I saw it in person. The return process on luluandgeorgia.com was straightforward, and getting the shipping label was no big deal. The refund did take a bit longer than I would’ve liked, around a week after they received it, but it came through without any issues. Overall, I’d say it was a decent return experience, not flawless, but definitely smoother than a lot of places

"Started falling apart way sooner than expected"
I really wanted to like this, but the quality just wasn’t there. It started falling apart much sooner than I expected, and once I noticed that, it was hard to ignore all the other little flaws. Disappointing overall.

"Shipping was slow, but it got here"
The delivery took longer than I expected, which was frustrating, honestly. But once it finally showed up, everything was in good shape, so I guess it worked out fine. Still a little annoying, but not the end of the world.
